RICKY AND RON;

The former co-executive producers of Studio 60. Described as "hacks" and "illegitimate sons who are plotting to take [Wes's] throne", Matt describes them as "Beavis and Hackboy" and wants them out of the show, but is forced to keep them on as both have two more years on their contracts. Nonetheless, Ricky and Ron show more backbone and integrity than they're given credit for when, at the risk of being fired themselves, they refuse to give up the name of a writer caught plagiarising material. After selling a pilot script to Fox based on the Peripheral Vision Man character, Ricky and Ron resign from Studio 60, taking almost the entire writing staff with them.
