As the Studio 60 cast and crew deal with the fallout of Wes' on-air implosion and adjust to the new management, Harriet learns that Matt is sleeping with Jeannie, another cast member and writer. Danny is left in a pickle when the lead singer of the White Stripes, this week's scheduled musical guest, comes down with tonsillitis while Matt grapples with the job of writing their first show in only four days.
